Here’s the deal. I kind of took over and has a shady Persian gentlemen, funding local dealer for me my Honda. So he lied to me for a higher interest rate, me, I would buy things like warranty and GAP insurance. My question is: based on my original loan the entire loan amount of my interest as $ 12,000 over six years were distributed. But I went ahead paid a large part of it and refinanced with third parties – thus reducing the total interest, something like $ 3500 for four years. So here’s my question. Is this guy right finance agency to receive a portion of the original $ 12,000 of his money up front? Or only receive a portion of the total amount of interest I paid on the original loan on the $ 1,300?
